Kym is NECEC's Executive Assistant providing direct support to our senior management team.  Kym brings a depth of experience in varying fields that will help support our mission.  Prior to NECEC Kym was part of a team that initiated restorative justice services to the Division of Juvenile Justice for the State of Alaska and coordinated health care  services for homeless and underserved in the Anchorage community.  Most recently Kym was part of an administrative team that supported hands-on learning, project management and real world experiences to high school students in Upstate New York.  Kym brings effective organization and communication to our team to support NECEC's vision on clean energy and decarbonization through innovations and solutions.  Kym holds a M.A. from Capella University in Human Services specializing in Criminal Justice & Social and Community Services and a B.A. from Colorado State University in Sociology with a minor in Criminal Justice.  Kym resides in Bangor, Maine.

Magdalena is the Director of Cleantech Navigate, NECEC's signature innovation program that provides cleantech startups access to resources and business support to help them grow and scale. She is an experienced manager in business and product development, with a demonstrated history of achieving goals in the financial and information technology industries. She previously served as the Head of Sales for the Polish software firm Asseco Data Systems and the Head of Business Development for Pekao Leasing, also based in Poland. At Pekao Leasing her duties included partnership development, product development and sales channel development. Magdalena holds a Master of Arts in Finance and Banking from the Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Capital Markets from the College of Economics in Warsaw.

Beth has over 25 years of experience in program strategy and management, business development and partnerships, marketing and entrepreneurship. Most recently at MIT she helped set up innovation ecosystems in Russia and India. Prior to MIT, Beth ran Eco Marketing, a marketing and sustainability consultancy. Beth has also worked at IBM and two IT startups. As a long-time mentor in the Cleantech Open, Beth is committed to advancing the cleantech economy. She is a Board Member of ACTION, the Association of Cleantech Incubators of New England. Beth plays squash, swims, kayaks and hikes, and enjoys spending time with her family. Beth holds a BA, cum laude, from Wellesley College, an MBA from Boston University, a Certificat de Science Politique from Sciences Po in Paris, a Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Southern Maine, and a Certificate in MIT Venture Mentoring. She speaks French and Spanish.
